Tinto Pesquera Reserva Especial, a unique wine, a limited edition, which combines excellent quality grape Tempranillo, as well as the love and knowledge of winemaking. To produce this wine was used carefully selected grapes grown on gravel terraces and high plateaus wine region Ribera del Duero. Separated by ridges berries undergone fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature 22-27ºC. Then, after pressing, the wine for 30 months matured in baked American oak barrels and for another 48 months aged in bottles.
Tasting Notes:
Clean and brilliant in appearance with an attractive, garnet color. A complex nose with heady notes of ripe black fruits and spice, together with sweet aromas of roasted coffee beans and vanilla. Full and fleshy with a medium to long length flavor. Tertiary flavors come to the fore expressing the wine’s long stay in specially selected oak barrels.
Food pairings: Perfect to accompany mature cheese, stews, casseroles, or red meats.
100% Tempranillo
Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels followed by 8 years in bottle.
