The Hakushu 18 Years Old Single Malt Japanese Whisky

In the glass, this Japanese single malt whisky is deep gold, with aromas of ripe pear, dried mint, oregano and a hint of smoke. The palate shows jasmine, mango, quince and menthol, while the long and pleasant finish has smoke and a hint of bitterness. The spirit is made exclusively from malted barley and water sourced from the Ojira and Jingu Rivrs, which has a unique softness as it passes through the granite rocks of the Japanese Alps. It is aged a minimum of eighteen years in the deep forests of Japan, and is best enjoyed neat or with a little water.
