This exquisite 25 years old expression has been created by selectively finishing our whisky across first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry and Tronçais Oak Cognac casks, bringing indulgent richness to the iconic smooth and fruity house style of The Glenlivet.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Rich amber, golden shades

Nose: Chocolate ganache, plum jam and Manuka honey give way to fresh lemon zest, toasted cinnamon, and orange blossom

Taste: Flavors of sweet fig and blood orange are complemented by warming ginger, toasted oak, and a hint of charred pineapple

Finish: Long with gentle spice notes

Enticing notes of sweet fig and blood orange deriving from the sherry influence are complemented by the Cognac cask’s warming notes of ginger, toasted oak, and a hint of charred pineapple. With rich amber and golden shades, the finish of this expression is incredibly long, sweet, and with gentle spicy notes.
