The Balvenie 30 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Silky smooth and honeyed on the nose, this Speyside single malt whisky has mellow oaky tones and hints of candied orange peel. The palate shows great depth, with rich chocolate, hints of plum, marzipan and caramelized pear, while the finish is exceptionally smooth and warming, with gentle spice and lingering sweetness. Aged thirty years in traditional oak casks and Sherry casks, the spirit is bottled at 94 proof to capture all the signature characteristics of the distillery’s expressions. It’s rich and mellow, with unusual depth and complexity, and it won the award for Best Speyside Single Malt at the 2013 World Whiskies Awards.
