Teperberg's Vision Cabernet Sauvignon is a notable offering from Israel's historic Teperberg Winery, established in 1870. This wine is celebrated for its rich and energetic profile, prominently featuring ripe plum flavors with subtle hints of toasted wood. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested mechanically in the early morning to preserve their quality. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes a seven-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28°C. Post-fermentation, the wine is transferred for malolactic fermentation to stabilize and soften its character, followed by maturation in French and American oak barrels for five month, enhancing its depth and complexity.
This Dry Red wine is kosher and suitable for Passover, with an alcohol content of 13.5%.
