Tequila Siete Machos is a young and white tequila, made from agaves no older than 5 years of growth, helping to not use any chemical during the production process.

Origen:

San Juanito de Escobedo, Region Valles State of Jalisco. Produced from Agave Tequilana Weber blue variety. Produced with a double distillation unoaked, with the use of water from a private well, demineralized and puri ed through inverse osmosis.

Bottle:

Open pourer aluminum tap, functional for dosing machines. Black matt glass bottle to preserve the product better.

Tasting Notes:

Sight: Crystal color with a silver hue, medium high viscosity, clean and bright
Nose: At first nose, fine and fragrant owner notes like jasmine, violet, rose petals, carnation, orange blossom and nard, are perceived; herbal aromas, sweet almonds, honey and bee wax, molasses, and spices hint, as well as notes of the raw material: Agave
High aromatic intensity, spiced and lowered character. At second nose, citrus notes like lime and orange are found, honey and bee wax, sweet almond oil, and molasses.

Taste: Generous attack, great balance between body, acidity, and alcohol, long aftertaste, pleasant sweetness; present but not predominant, long stay in the mouth.

Mineral notes are perceived, which are due to the volcanic lands where the agaves grow, as they surround the Tequila volcano that is in the area.

Food pairing: Mexican food like escamoles and Chiles en nogada, white and aged cheeses.
