The 2020 Brut Reserva Castellroig is a Corpinnat blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeu, 20% Parellada and 5% Chardonnay, sourced from Penedès. After 25 months on the lees, it was disgorged in April 2024. Yellow in hue, it offers aromas of lime and ginger with a hint of fennel.
