Redemption Rye is determined to revive this feisty spirit and restore its rightful place in every bar. By law, a Whiskey must be 51% Rye to be classified as a Rye Whiskey. Redemption's mash bill contains a whopping 95% Rye and has been aged in charred new oak barrels. After being properly aged, it is then bottled at a bold 92 proof, resulting in a smooth, flavorful spirit with prominent notes of spice blended with hints of citrus.
