Golden in the glass, this French aperitif has floral aromas, flavors of candied orange, honey, pine resin and exotic fruits and a long finish. The inclusion of wine made with Bordeaux varietal Sémillon lends it a full, fleshy structure, and it’s blended with quinine liqueur from the cinchona bark in Peru, and citrus liqueurs from Spanish, Moroccan and Haitian oranges. Light, delicate, floral and smooth, it’s lovely sipped over ice with a citrus twist, or in cocktails like a classic Martini or Vesper.
