KWV Cuvée Blanche Sparkling Wine

KWV Cuvée Blanche is a sweet sparkling wine with light straw yellow color, generous mousse, and floral scent. A grape, floral flavor with tones of tropical fruit and citrus. 

Serve the wine well chilled as an aperitif or dessert. Also goes very well with dishes with spicy or Asian touches as well as salads.

The Muscat D'Alexandrie grapes are left on the skins for a few hours to enhance flavor extraction whereas the Chenin Blanc undergoes no skin contact for overall elegance and freshness. Only selected yeast is used for the cold fermentation process to develop crisp and fruity flavors. After fermentation these two wines are blended, filtered and bottled for your enjoyment.

In the cellar: This effortlessly drinkable semi-sweet bubbly has floral Muscat flavors on the nose as well as exotic tropical notes. Luscious litchi, peach and pineapple flavors linger onto the palate and through to the refreshing, crisp finish.
