Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Kentucky straight bourbon combines hand-selected grains with classic bourbon goodness for a combination you won’t want to miss out on! Aged for 9 years in virgin American white oak barrels with a finished barrel strength of 120% proof, this straight whiskey contains a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% barley and is crafted by the masters of Jim Beam Distillery.
Knob Creek Single Barrel Select represents the truest expression of Booker's vision of full flavor. The liquid reflects the way Booker thought whiskey should be - the way it was meant to be.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Rich burnt umber
The aroma is bold hits of spiced wood and cracked pepper along with baking spices, cinnamon, and a rush of mint-frosted nuts and caramel.
A sip introduces hues of wildflower honey, roasted cinnamon, and allspice blended with vanilla, aged wood, and minty rye spice.
