More than a dozen botanicals go into this California gin. Since it’s done in the classic London Dry style, the flavor of juniper will always be prevalent, but the distiller selects and blends a wide variety of additional, exotic botanicals in order to impart a uniquely satisfying, balanced character to the spirit—most of them are a well-kept secret. Produced by hand using a small copper still, the resulting gin has a distinctive, intriguing complexity that is light, crisp and clean, combining a deep spiciness with subtle delicacy; it won a Double Gold medal at the 2012 New York Wine & Spirits Competition, where it was named Best in Show.
