Hudson Maple Cask Rye Whiskey

This New York spirit is made by aging the producer’s Manhattan Rye first in American oak barrels for 4 years, and then finishing it in used maple syrup barrels. The result is a sultry, slightly decadent spirit that never loses its rye character; it won a Gold medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
