Glowing amber in the glass, this whisky has aromas of heather-honey sweetness and peaty smokiness. The palate is rounded, with smoky sweetness and a full malt delivery, while the finish is sweet and lingering with heathery notes and subtle smoke. The expression that started it all for the distillery, this single malt whisky was first introduced in 1979. It’s aged twelve years, and demonstrates rich, well-balanced malty tones with the subtle floral smoke which made Highland Park such a distinctive spirit. It won a Bronze medal at the 2014 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
