Soil : clayey-chalky soil Vignoble exposé sud/sud-ouest. Age of the vines: 40 years. Density : 5000 vine per hectare. Output: 50 hectoliters per hectare. Nice and deep red colour with cherry tints. The aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and liquorice are harmoniously combined. Lightly spicy. On the palate, the attack is supple, the tanic structure is much present and already mellow.
