The spirit has a proprietary taste profile that achieves a traditional dark rum character yet the smooth and light body notes of a gold rum. It is produced in Jamaica with a pot still, blended by renowned master blender Joy Spence and Aged eighteen to twenty-four months to mellow the rum rather than take on overt woody notes.
