Abuelo Three Angels 12 Years Rum

Immerse yourself in the liquid enchantment of Panama: the elixir Abuelo Three Angels. This precious nectar, after maturing for 12 years in white oak cocoons, is then cradled in singularly charred barrels, ready for their second adventure.

These special barrels find their sanctuary in the sixth heaven of the cellars of Abuelo, the absolute summit. The casks are stored in the warmest part of the cellar, where the mercury can flirt with 35°C, while the mysterious "angels' share" hovers at 15%. Here, In this den, a frantic dance takes place between rum and wood, giving birth to a breathtaking aromatic symphony.

Nose: Aromas and flavors of candied black cherries, maple and Corn Pops, leather, and cinnamon poached pear with a round, crisp, dryish medium body and a tingling, charming, medium-length finish with notes of cinnamon and vanilla roasted almonds, maple brown sugar, cherry pipe tobacco, and cocoa powder.
