2023 Scarbolo Il Ramato Pinot Grigio

The grapes are hand-harvested from Scarbolo’s Codis vineyard (planted in 2004). After a 12-hour cold maceration, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Its ages on its lees for about 5 months, with periodic stirring (batonnage) for added texture and complexity.
