Description

The name Trader Vic is from the individual Victor J Bergeron, who opened a pub in San Francisco in 1932 called Hinky Dink's and later became Trader Vic's. He became known for Polynesian food and, more importantly, polynesian “tiki” cocktails (of which the Mai Tai persists to this day as one of the most famous).
