Organic and Biodynamic wines don't have to be expensive. Montecastrillo is the perfect example. This is wholesome, well-made juice from Ribera del Duero. This Tempranillo is aged mosly in stainless steel to capture the freshness and minerality present in well-farmed fruit. Just a small percentage of oak is used to soften the wine before bottling. The end result is awfully tasty.
