Sourced from 20 parcels located in Pedrosa de Duero, in the heart of DO Ribera del Duero.
This young Spanish red wine is solely made from Tempranillo. After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were first destemmed and then cold-soaked in stainless steel tanks. Then they were fermented in those same tanks at a controlled temperature and with daily pump-overs.
After that, this young red wine underwent malolactic fermentation for over a period of 3 weeks. Then it was transferred into new, 300-litre French oak barrels and aged for 5 months.
