This 2021 Txakoli which is aged in lees for 3 months and has aromas of apples and pear. Produced in the Basque Country region of Spain, this wine has a wonderful creamy texture, with smoky and yeasty notes and some vanilla and spice. Not your normal Txakoli and is perfect for an adrenaline junkie!
