Their Sancerre Le Mont is sourced from parcels around Monts Damnés, perhaps the most famous limestone slope in Sancerre. It is hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel then aged in tank on the lees for ten months before it’s bottled. Full of fresh citrus fruit and white flowers driven with minerals and fresh acid. Pair with chilled shellfish, daikon radish salad, cucumber sandwiches, or fresh goat’s cheeses.
