Description
Made from elderflower blossoms plucked from the Alps by 40 to 50 gentlemen on bicycles over several fleeting weeks in springtime, this French liqueur is distinctive yet subtle. Its elegant fruit profile comes from extracting the floral essence by a secret process and macerating it in grain alcohol, and it won a Gold medal at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
“One of the most influential cocktail components introduced in the last decade.”
The New York Times, 2009
