From cool climate Ballard Canyon the juice is sourced from Jonata and blended/bottled at Melville. Sandy soils for great drainage, precise farming and herbicides and pecdicides never see the vines. Vineyards are full of chickens, goats, butterflies and shit (literally)!

10% new french barrels (228L), the rest
is aged in neutral and aged oak. Natural
fermentation. This was a cooler growing
season and the grapes had a longer
hangtime than usual.

Redolent of kirsch, crushed blueberries,
creme de cassis and red twizzlers, I was
looking for something that was juicy and
delicious with all foods. Pulled pork BBQ,
curries, burgers, and things like fried
chicken that people don't usually think
about with high end wine.
