Breckenridge PX Cask Finished Whiskey starts with their normal high-rye bourbon whiskey that’s aged a minimum of three years. It’s then finished for an undisclosed amount of time in used Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry casks from the Andalusia province in Spain.
