I had already tasted the village red from Villadepera 2018 Camino de los Arrieros before. It comes from different vineyards in the village and is subtle and light, with incredible perfume, floral and elegant. It's moving very slowly since I tasted it recently bottled in late 2019—it is ethereal and full of energy, the best vintage produced so far. This is from a number of plots (36!), and not all are yet certified organic. It should be longer lived than I initially anticipated.
